Decent amenities in the room. modern design and stylish decor. Good size for a couple's getaway, making it cozy.
Thin walls required us to endure noisy guests above at night, making sleep a challenge. The location can be tricky to find, involving a narrow, dark alley. Additionally, the fridge is rather small for storing items, and towels were changed despite being hung up, which felt wasteful.

Loved the free Wi-Fi and the welcome drink. Luggage storage wasn't convenient on departure.

We had an exceptional stay at Residenza La Duchessa. The location is fantastic, close to central attractions yet nestled in a lovely neighborhood that isn't overcrowded with tourists. The room surpassed our expectations. it was spacious and beautifully decorated. We particularly appreciated the charming blown glass chandeliers from Murano. Riccardo, our host, was phenomenal, offering great tips on local restaurants and making us feel right at home. The breakfast options with complimentary coffee were a delightful touch each morning. We would absolutely stay here again!

Couples seeking comfort
I had an fantastic stay here. The cleaning staff maintained the rooms impeccably, always coming back to a well-kept space. It was also nice to find complimentary coffee every morning and a bottle of champagne waiting for me upon arrival.
Sure it wasn’t the cheapest option out there but it was still okay for the value you get.

Exceptional service and beautiful surroundings
I had an amazing stay in Venice with a spacious room that was beautifully decorated and equipped with everything we needed. Riccardo truly made our experience unforgettable, from his warm welcome to his help with navigation and even arranging a water taxi. The location offered a perfect balance of being close to shops and restaurants while still being a short walk from the major attractions. The only thing that could be improved is clearer signage for the entrance.
